Kraft® Pumpkin Spice Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2010
Wow! Totally yummy! Very moist, with a hint of spice and pumpkin. The frosting is very creamy without being too sweet. Made this for my boyfriend's birthday cake and everyone raved about how good it was without being too rich or sweet.

Beef Stroganoff III

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2009
My boyfriend said this was the best beef stroganoff he had ever had! Two small changes. I used fresh mushrooms, and regular onions since I didn't have green ones. Delicious!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2009
This is so incredibly easy to make with delicious results. It lends itself well to modifications such as adding lots of garlic, or grilled chicken or shrimp at the end. I just love how quick this tasty dish comes together.

Chicken Pot Pie I

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2009
A lovely, easy recipe. I followed reviewers advice and used two cans of soup (cream of chicken and cream of mushroom) and added 1/2 cup or so of milk. I used canned, cooked chicken that I rinsed, per another reviewer. This was just a delicious, hot meal that was simple to make. Serve with a side salad for a complete dinner.

Easy Bacon and Cheese Quiche

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2009
Amazingly delicious and wickedly easy! I chose to use the pre-cut and rolled pie dough, but you could use a frozen, in-the-pan crust too. Just whipped it all up per directions (I did add chopped onions to the cheese mixture) and baked. I also baked it about 8 minutes more than the recipe said. I am sure that it just my oven though. I covered the edges of the crust with foil when it started to brown too much. Easy, take-along breakfast!

White Sangria

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2009
Holy cow! This recipe was amazing! Everyone raved about it. It is easy to adjust and use fruit you like. I will definitely do this again. I will most likely add more schnapps, cognac and sugar. In fact, I will probably double the amounts given. But it was still an awesome drink!

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2009
This was very good! The topping was crunchy, and helped keep the salmon moist. My personal preference would have been to have more Dijon flavor, but that is easily adjusted. Overall, a very tasty and easy way to prepare salmon.

Excellent flavor and very moist. Can be a bit crumbly. Maybe more crackers to hold it together better.

Fajita Marinade I

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2009
I liked this quite a bit. It made for a flavorful, moist chicken. I wish it had a bit mroe punch though. I plan to read through the suggestions and try a few of them to give the chicken a bit more pizazz.

Asian Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2009
I love this recipe! The flavors are fantastic and you can easily change up the ingredients to suit your pantry/frig while keeping the delicious chicken flavor intact. When I am in a hurry I use the breast meat from a roasted chicken bought in the grocery store deli. Letting the chicken marinate in the dressing give it extra kapow.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Reviewed: May 26, 2009
Amazing! The chicken came out very tender and juicy, and full of flavor. I left the recipe as is, only adding some crushed french fried onions to the breading mixture. This was a huge hit with my boyfriend, so it will definitely stay in the rotation!

These are delicious! I use them on salads and stand alone snacks. They also make a great gift in a pretty tin or jar.
