Some of the best muffins I've ever made! I substituted buttermilk for the yogurt, doubled the recipe and used 1 cup of whole wheat flour and 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour. I also ran out of vanilla extract so I used rum extract. It was nice, and brought out the banana flavor. I will be making these again soon!
