Garlic Chicken

Hubby loved this. I used only two pieces of chicken with the same amount of garlic, oil, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese. Chicken was so moist. This is one of our new fav chicken recipes.

I have to say I was shocked this recipe contained no garlic! We added 3 T and 2 T flour to thicken it up a bit. I also added some red pepper flakes-but very few. I didn't have the necessary wine and added a blush which was very apparent in the recipe. I'll give this 3 stars because I had to doctor it so much.

Jewish Apple Cake from Bubba's Recipe Box

I've made this twice. The first time I followed the recipe exactly and thought it was a little dry. This time I'm using apple sauce instead of oil. I'll come back to rate after completion. Recipe is easy and I love it.

Pineapple Stuffing

I always have to make two pans of this yummy stuffing. Although, I think the name of the recipe is a little misleading. It's not what I think of when I think of stuffing. It's great with ham!
