Love it with Cherry Pie filling instead if the cinnamon and sugar!

A wonderful recipe! Tastes amazing and so easy a 6 year old can make it.

Triple Cheese Spread

This is a great easy dip and tastes great with pretzels. We served it warmed because straight from the fridge was too hard to dip or spread.

Creamy Rice Pudding

Fabulous! I made this with leftover brown rice and splenda. I did use 1/3 cup of splenda though - it needed it. I don't think there'll be any left for dessert tonight!

Caramel Bars

These were fantastic. I used 4 (56gr) boxes of Macintosh's Toffee (8 oz total). I doubled the crust/crumb recipe but only used 1 1/4 c. of butter. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Sour Cream Coffee Cake I

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2006
Fabulous! Everything I wanted in a sour cream coffee cake. I glazed it with a little ganache made from melting a few butterscotch chips with a little whipping cream. It was fantastic.

Magic Cookie Bars II

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2005
This was superfantasic. I did use the extra half cup of graham crumbs and omitted the nuts and used dried cranberries instead. They didn't stick too well so next time I am going to push them down a bit. I let it cool 20 min and tried to cut it with a knife but it was too soft. I used a bench scraper in an up and down motion to divide it and then placed it in the fridge for a couple hours. Out of the fridge they are a perfect consistancy.

Banana Butter Icing

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2003
This icing is difficult to work with and is way too sweet. I never thought there would be a day that I would think something was too sweet. I would only use it as a filling but don't ice the whole cake with it.

A-Number-1 Banana Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2003
This is a fantastic cake - moist and delicious. I used the Banana Butter Frosting (from this site) with it as other reviews suggested but I did not like it. It was too sweet as an overall icing, I would suggest torting the cake with it and then ice with a lightly sweetened whipped cream.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2002
This was fantastic. I hate stuffing but I couldn't get enough of this. I had bought a prestuffed turkey for Christmas because it cooks from frozen and I made a side of this stuffing the day before. I just heated it up in the microwave. Amazing!

Basic Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2000
Using the basic mix really cuts down on the time. It's easy to put together. Drop the cookies or form them into balls but don't flatten or the edges will burn. Crispy and Chewy.
