I loved this cake...the only changes that I made to the recipe was I used french vanilla flavoring in place of vanilla extract and I used 3/4 cup milk instead of 1/2 cup.

Hot Cocoa Mix in a Jar

I made this as part of Christmas gift for my coworkers. I substituted splenda for the powdered sugar and used sugar-free pudding and no sugar added chocolate drink mix. It turned out amazing and so little sugar. Everyone loved it.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

LOVED THIS RECIPE!!!! I will definitely make again. The only change I made was cut the hot sauce down to 1 tablespoon because my mom doesn't like things too spicy.

I really enjoyed this recipe. Next time, I may need to make a couple of changes, it was a little too tangy for me.

Apple Pork Chops

This was an amazing dish. I made a couple of changes. I added 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to the recipe. I also left out the water and replaced it with 1/2 cup apple sauce. I marinated the portk chops in the apple sauce and spices overnight and then baked it. The were wonderful.

I made this for work and followed the recipe exactly. It was so easy to make and turned out amazing...I have everyone fooled, they think that it is hard. I already have requests to make it again.

Strawberry Oat Muffins

Amazing muffins....I made one batch following the recipe exactly (which I never do) and they were amazing. I also made a batch substituting 2/3 cup mushed very ripe bananas for the strawberries and added 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg...they were the best. I loved the flavor.

Crazy Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2008
I have used this recipe for years and my mom has used it even longer. It is pretty much the only chocolate cake recipe that I use. I have lots of friends that don't eat eggs, and they love when I bring this cake to work. It is always a hit.

Eggnog Quick Bread

I love this bread. I make it every Christmas. I always add a little extra nutmeg (at 1/4 t extra) and sometimes 1/2 t cinnamon as well. I think next time I will add pudding to increase the moistness as others have mentioned.

Aunt Bert's White Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2008
I absolutely loved this recipe. I made a couple of suggestions that other people have made. I added 4 whole eggs instead of three yolks and an egg. I also added one box of french vanilla pudding and 2T canola oil. This had an amazing flavor and was very moist.

Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2008
This recipe was amazing. I had to make 6 chicken breasts instead of the specified 4. I was going to increase the ingredients and added an 1/8 c extra mustard, but I didn't have any extra honey, so I only added the called for 1/2 c. It turned out perfect. Everyone enjoyed it and there were no leftovers.

Layered Mint Chocolate Fudge

Amazing cake. I used my chocolate cake recipe. After the topping hardened, I melted a small amount of white chocolate and with green food coloring and mint extract and drizzled it on top just for decoration. It was a hit.

Italian Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2007
I very much enjoyed this twist on an old favorite. I cooked them on the stove top. I mixed up some garlic butter adding oregano, basil and thyme. I also served it with cream of tomato soup (adding italian seasonings to it as well). It was a huge hit.
