The was a great recipe! I added about 3 tbsp of bacon bits rather than one, also soft-boiled the jalapeno halves for 2 minutes and in the water, I put a pinch or two of the seeds to make it spicy, and I double-dipped each popper in the flour and bread crumbs, so I needed about 2 cups of each. These freeze great too. This is best served with ranch dressing as the dip.
