Very thick, might need to microwave? Tasted good but not very spreadable.

Rockin' Oysters Rockefeller

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2013
Loved this Rockefeller recipe although there is no need to pre-boil the oysters when you bake them. We hosted an "Oyster Shucking Shindig", placed open oysters over rock salt on baking sheets, cover them with this sauce recipe, I added real bacon pieces on top before sprinkling with bread crumbs. Bake until tops start to slightly brown, about 12 minutes and serve them up. Delish! All my guests said they were the best oysters they had ever tasted and no restaurant even compared. I live along the Gulf Coast so fresh oysters are plentiful and all good restaurants have a version but these were spectacular! Thanks for the recipe.

Pesto Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2013
OMG, this was so delicious! I only used what I had on hand so I used half and half instead of milk and a tomato garlic pesto & added basil and used a combo of Romano, Parmesan & Mozzarella cheeses. Oh, and I used a spinach fettuccini. Next time I will add the mushrooms a little earlier and give them time to get a bit more tender before adding the cheese and last few items. My 17 yr old son said "this tastes like something you would get at Olive Garden!" It is definitely a keeper, thanks for sharing the recipe, rosiella!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: May 28, 2011
This cake was delicious! I made it just as the recipe is written, used Ghiardelli chips (make a world of difference in taste) and seriously, there were a few of us hiding in the bedroom with a gallon of milk eating the last few peices! Super easy, quick and yum!
