Fresh Semolina and Egg Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2007
The was an easy & fun pasta to make. I had enough for two meals so I dried the extra noodles slightly and froze them. Like the reviews befor me I also used my Kitchen Aid mixer. I did kneed a little by hand at the end to get a feel for the dough. I also used 7 LG eggs and it seemed to work fine. I will make this again!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2007
This recipe was so easy and yummy!! My hubby loved it. I did do a few things different. I used beer, which I brought to room temp. and let go mostly flat, and homemade chicken broth. I wanted it more like soup than chili. Only 1 can of black beans and fresh corn that I grew this summer that was in my freezer.I used boneless skinless chick. thighs and 1 breast. I will be making this again.

Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2009
I made this for my office Christmas lunch and for Christmas Eve dinner. Everyone LOVED it and it is so easy to make. I made it just as the recipe says to. I didn't need to change a thing. You must give this a try.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2012
My husband and I really liked it and it was easy enough to make for a weeknight meal. I did do a few things different. Like cooks befor me I added chopped onion & garlic to the turkey. Instead of cubes I shredded the cheese and used a little less because we do not like ketchup on our meatloaf so just befor it was done cooking I put cheese on top. It was yummy!
