Pork Tenderloin in Mustard Marinade with Cherry Compote

Cinnamon Pork Tenderloin

Peanut Butter and Banana Dog Biscuits

Penne with Shrimp

OMG this was good. Used fire roasted tomatoes with garlic, and added a little mozz cheese right at the end. I had 2 helpings, my hubby had 3. IT ROCKED!

A little heavy. I tried to make it healthier using fat free soups, brown rice. My husband liked it, I just thought it was ok. I may try tweaking it. I agree, maybe some taco seasoning might help spice it up.

Amazing Butternut Squash

Teriyaki Chicken

Awesome! The only thing I did different was use brown sugar and dry ginger. Marinated it all day, cooked for dinner for my son and I. He loved it!

Mexican Shepherd's Pie

I made as directed, except I used ground turkey, 1/2 cup of homemade salsa and mexican tomatoes. I also used 2 boxes of cornbread mix. My family loved it.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

I am on a relatively low carb diet, and was craving spagetti and meatballs. My husband said to just open a jar of sauce. I said NO WAY! This was easy and so worth it. Made as is, except used splenda instead of sugar.

Pizza Casserole

My husband and I are trying to eat healthier so we mostly have chicken/fish. But we were craving something different and this did the trick. Made with lean ground beef, wheat egg noodles and reduced fat cheese. Awesome. It totally hit the spot.

Strawberry Cobbler I

Pork Roast with Tangy Sauce

Awesome! I am not a huge pork fan, but my hubby is and this was great! I did use apricot preserves, bbq sauce (1/4 cup) and 1/2 tsp of ketchup. Turned out great!

Gravy Baked Pork Chops

Actually turned out very good. My husband made for dinner last night, just added seasoning salt as well as salt and pepper and sauteed in olive oil instead of butter were the only changes.
