Butter Pound Cake
Excellent! Didn't have lemon extract, used the lemon rind for something else, so I used lemon juice.

Potato and Shiitake Mushroom Gratin
I made this as a side dish with prime rib. It went very well together, but it was a little watery. I think next time, I'll add a little flour in the dairy liquids to make it a little thicker.
