Colonial Pumpkin Bars

Save this frosting recipe! This turned out more like a spice/pumpkin cake than dense bars. I've tried it both in a 9x13 and jelly roll pan, both work out. It's a keeper.

Baked Potato Soup I

It's the best for a reason! Save time by using pre-moistened bacon bits. I LOVE cheese- so we add more. Everyone will enjoy this soup- its a family favorite! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! One tip: Keep stirring, or turn the burner down, otherwise you'll burn your soup! If you do, just don't scrap the bottom and it will still turn out YUMMMMMY!

Chicken Enchiladas I

WONDERFUL- don't be relectant because of all of the ingredients..you can cheat and alter most of them and it still turns out! We prefer to substitute enchilada sauce for the taco sauce. Always a crowd pleaser for casual dinners. We garish the top with diced tomatoes and lettuce to make it look really yummy!
