Barbeque Halibut Steaks

Just made this and it was fantastic! Made exactly as written except marinated for 30 minutes and made extra and reserved to pour over after it was done. Cooked on grill on medium and cooked on aluminum foil. Next time will cook for 4 minutes per side but was still awesome.

Snow Flake Cocoa

I made this for a family Christmas party. It was wonderful. Served with whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed candy canes with a full one hanging on the side. Everyone loved it! My grandchildren ages 3 to 6 kept asking for more

Chocolate Mint Cookies I

These were awesome. I used half semi sweet chips and half andes baking chips in the mix and put half an andes mint on top after it came out of the oven.

Creolized Stuffed Chicken Breasts

I just made this for my family and they LOVED it. I also made 3 extra breast all the way to the searing and then wrapped them in foil and froze for later. I did add some sliced pepper jack cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of bake time. Will make again soon!

Garlic Herb Grilled Pork Tenderloin

I had fresh rosemary but had to use dried thyme. I cut 2 slits in the roast and coated the entire roast with olive oil, then sprinkled salt and pepper on it. I then filled both slits with the rosemary, thyme, pepper, salt and olive oil. closed it up wrapped in aluminium foil and grilled over low heat turning twice. This is so good! I made grilled asparagus, zuchini and jalapenos with it.

Simply the Easiest Beef Brisket

I have made this 3 times each time changing the recipe just a little. Tonight I think I got it perfect. I used Jack Daniels BBQ sauce in place of the chili sauce and 1/4 cup honey in place of the Brown sugar, then added 1 can of rotel. Beer and onions as stated in recipe. My husband said it is the best brisket he has ever tasted.

Basil Butter

LOVED this butter. I made 1.5 cups and froze half of it. That was last week and we have already took the balance from the freezer. Good thing my basil is growing so good, I am planning to make several bathces to freeze

Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake

My entire family loved this recipe!! The only change I made was taking another users suggestion and dipping the chicken in the sause and then rolling in breadcrumps. I then took the balance ofthe sauce and poured it around the chicken and baked. Good recipe to make for company.
