Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2013
Awesome! I took some suggestions from others: One can of Cream of Chicken and One can of Cream of Celery Soups. Added chopped celery with the onion. Instead of water I used Chicken Broth and some White Wine. Put the biscuits in an hour before serving and put frozen peas and corn in 30min before serving. Cooked 4 chicken breasts already thawed on high for total of 4.5hrs. I used both cans but would cut it down to one can next time. Cut the buttermilk layered biscuits in 8 peices.

Glazed Corned Beef

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2010
Very yummy! Corned Beef is my absolute favorite and I like the difference this offers than the traditional Corned Beef & Cabbage. I do however think the Apricot glaze is slightly overpowering on the taste. Next time I will cut the amount down to maybe half. Still great though! I will definitely make this again.

Fiesta Pinwheels

Very Good. I think it would be perfect with some refriend beans as a base under the spread. Next time I will try that. I used some fresh jalepenos and it was very good!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2010
AWESOME Recipe. I followed the Recipe and everyone just loved it. Months later and everyone still talks about how awesome it was. I used 2 shoulders. I wasn't able to get much Root Beer in with both shoulders in the cooker but the juices from the meat were just enough. I used Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. I mixed the Sweet BBQ & Spicy and it was just perfect. Will make this over and over. Yummy!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2006
By far the best apple pie!! I dusted the apples with cinnamon and cornstartch. I put also put 1tsp cinnamon, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 1/2 tsp of nutmeg into the butter mix. I put 1/3 of the apples in, poured 1/4 mix, then another 2 layers 1/3rd of apples and 1/4th of mix over top. I put the pie crust on top and poured the last 1/4 of the sauce on top. It came out WONDERFUL!

Pumpkin Cheesecake II

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2005
The finished product was delicious! This was my first cheesecake I have ever made and it came out wonderful. Mixing the creamcheese to a fluffy consistancy was the hardest part. My family and friends loved it. I added 1tsp of pumpkin allspice and it turned out great. Hope you enjoy as much as I did!

Snickerdoodles II

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2005
This recipe was awsome! Very easy to make. Only downside is mixing shortening with sugar! That's a big workout. My mixer splashes it everywhere so I have to do it by hand. I have made these cookies about 5 times. All 5 times have been wonderful! Friends and family request it often!! It's a great Christmas cookie. I hope you try and enjoy it as much as I do!! :)
