Mix-In-The-Pan Cake
I used to make this as a kid. Nothing fancy, very easy recipe to use to teach a kid some basic cooking/baking techniques with a yummy reward at the end. Nice simple cake for snacking or a family dessert. Moist enough to eat without a frosting. Thanks for the nice childhood memory. :)
