Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Alfredo

Easy to make! Very rich, tho. The chicken was also kind of salty from the Italian dressing mixture. But all in all, was good and hearty!

Classic Goulash

As long as it's ground beef, tomatoes, and macaroni it's goulash in my book! I think it turned out great! This will be my recipe for goulash from now on! I did only have 1-1/2 cans of tomato sauce, and two cloves of garlic (then added some garlic powder) - still was delish!

Gooey Butter Cookies

Yum! I would agree with another reviewer - it would be best to let the dough sit in the fridge or even overnight. It can be VERY hard to handle - even when I greased my hands! The end result was quite delicious!

Absolutely delicious! I would advise to maybe chill the caramel sauce for a bit so it pours thicker. Mine seemed to want to drop to the bottom.

Deep South Fried Chicken

This was my first time ever making fried chicken. I did use twice as much shortening - just thought it needed more to properly fry. I think this just really needs more seasoning! Taste was very bland to me.

Garlic Lover's Pizza Crust for the Bread Machine

This was pretty good. I don't think I could really taste the garlic (although I could certainly smell it while it was in the bread machine!), but it was still good nonetheless. I think mine may have needed more flour kneaded into it because the finished product on the bottom in the middle wasn't smooth at all. I needed a spatula to get it off my pizza stone!

Old-Fashioned Onion Soup

I used beef instead of chicken as well. I just didn't care too much for it, and I doubt I would have even if I had used chicken. My parents thought it was pretty good, tho. I'm glad I tried it regardless. :)

Slow Cooker Roast Beef

Wow! I was amazed at how easy this was! I did not leave it in the crock pot for 22 hours. Rather, I took the advice from another reviewer and started the roast at 7 or 8 am, add some carrots and potatoes at 1pm, and it was perfect to eat by 6pm! It was absolutely delicious! I used beefy onion soup mix and regular soy sauce. I didn't have any low sodium as others have suggested, but we didn't find it too salty. I also forgot to add the pepper (oops). Great recipe!!!

Twice-Baked Mashed Potatoes

I made these for Christmas dinner and they were so delish! I mashed the potatoes with milk and a full stick of butter. I also added several cloves of minced fresh garlic. Yum!

The Perfect Sunday Brunch Spinach Salad

Delicious! It makes a TON, however! I cut the recipe in half for our 9 adult Thanksgiving dinner and there was still a little left over. Also - cut down a bit on the dressing. I think if using the amount listed it will be really too much. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Yum! The only thing I didn't do was add walnuts. I didn't think alot of the dried apples, either. The ones I had were rather chewy so next time I'll leave those out, too. Otherwise, yum!

Monkey Bars

It tasted just like regular banana cake or bars to me. I didn't use the raisins, since I don't like them. I couldn't taste any rum flavor, and I used Myer's Dark Rum. It was good regardless. :)

Garlic Basil Mashed Potatoes

I wanted to give this a try since it had so many good reviews. I would give it 5 stars for creaminess and texture! The taste didn't do too much for me, tho. I could only taste the basil and no garlic. I will add that the basil wasn't overpowering at all. Very subtle. I don't think I'll make these again as written. Maybe I'll nix the basil and add more garlic and maybe some ranch.
