Wow. We made 2 batches. In one batch, baked for 16 minutes, the cupcakes were a little sunken in in the middle. I baked the second batch for a minute longer, and those looked better on top--like normal rounded cupcakes. Upon tasting, however, the sunken in cupcakes were ooey and gooey and delicious. In the "prettier" batch, the cookie dough seemed like it had started to bake a little bit. My family was split on which one was better, so they were both delicious, but a minute of cooking time definitely makes a difference.
