1-Dish Pepperoni Cheese Pizza Bake

My husband and son love this. I will double the recipe next time so they aren't fighting over it. I like it because it's so quick and easy. My only problem was that the "crust" stuck very badly to the bottom of the casserole dish even after I used the spray grease beforehand on the pan. Also, I used 1 tsp of yeast from a jar. The "2 envelopes" looked like a mistake to me.

Balsamic Marinated Chicken Breasts

This was easy and I really liked it. The chicken was moist and flavorful. I used frozen chicken breasts from Sam's Club. I marinated them while they were still frozen and put them in the refrigerator for about an hour. They were still frozen when I cooked them but they turned out great.

Buttermilk Wheat Bread

This bread came out very nice. Instead of using bread machine I mixed all the ingredients together in a stand mixer, let the dough rise and then baked in the oven at 350 in a loaf pan. I used white wheat flour so came out very light colored.

Belle and Chron's Spinach and Mushroom Quiche

I really enjoyed this recipe. I had a regular (not deep dish) pie crust so I halved the amount of ingredients and it fit just right.

Cranberry Muffins

Made these as mini-muffins in Christmas muffin papers. Pretty color and tasted really good. Accidentally left out the spices and used pecans instead of walnuts. I chopped the pecans and then the cranberries in the food processor so pretty quick to put together.
