This was amazing - very cheesy. I used real butter but substituted light cheese. I added a garlic spice blend because others had said it was a little bland. My daughter loved it; my son prefers the boxed mac&cheese!

Kecia's Broccoli Salad

This was amazing! I took others advice and added craisins and turkey bacon. The calorie & fat count for this recipe was really scary, so I tried to decrease them by using turkey bacon, light mayo, less peanuts, and a little less sugar. We loved it and I'm going to make it often.

Double Chocolate Brownie Cake

I made this for my husband's birthday party. The 2 cups of choc chips make it very moist. I used a canned cream cheese frosting. Everyone loved it and a couple people asked for the recipe. I'll definitely make this again!!
