Italian Style Meatloaf I

Very tasty! My husband and I enjoyed this recipe, although my husband requested bacon on top next time. I liked it just the way it was. Thank you!

Beer Steak

Great recipe. My steaks were very flavorful and tender. I used Henry Weinhard's Private Reserve. Next time I am going to try a dark beer.

Excellent recipe! I modified it just a bit - I added a tiny bit of chicken broth to the casserole dish and covered with foil. It was sooo tender and flavorful. I also sprinkled mozzarella cheese on the top at the end. I will definitely make it again.
