Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2014
Awesome recipe, I made this exactly as written, and the second time i made it i made i wanted a more healthy banana bread so i made these adjustments, I used only whole wheat flour, I added 3 TBS of ground flax seeds, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, extra 1/4 teaspoon of salt because of the whole wheat flour, an extra banana ( be sure to use really brown banana's ) and kept the rest of the ingredients the same. Awesome Awesome! My husband who can't stand it when I use whole wheat flour didn't even notice the difference!

Fettuccine Alfredo V

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
Sooo good!! I've been looking for a good Alfredo sauce and this one is it! I would suggest you make double for what the recipe calls for. Pasta taste soo much better with lots of sauce. Definitely use the real Parmesan cheese and not the pre -grated stuff

Chicken Breasts Pierre

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2010
It was so easy to make and fast, I made a few adjustments after reading suggestions. I chopped onions the more the better if you like it with onions ( circles ) for a couple of minutes and then added 1/2 cup of white wine for 3 minutes . and then added the canned tomatoes, sugar and spices. and at the last maybe 5 minutes i added sliced mushrooms !!! If you want more of sauce just add chicken stock or water and then to thicken it up corn starch to cold water and add at the end depending how thick you like it. salt and pepper to your taste.

Best Ever Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2008
Best Banana Bread I've ever made. Very moist and rich. Here's few tips . I used 2 frozen banana's ( make sure to thaw and add all the juices too) and 1 very ripe banana. Instead of oil try use unsweetened applesauce for a healthy version. I also did not have buttermilk so i used another user's suggestion to add lemon juice to the milk.3/4 cup milk 2 tbs of lemon juice and let it sit for 15min. I also added 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and nutmeg to the recipe Delicious !!!I pretty much ate 1 whole loaf to myself!

WOW!!! my first time making a pie!! very very easy to make. My only suggestion like others suggested is to use 3 eggs instead of 4 and to add vanilla.
