Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

Chris' Bay Area Burger

My first attempt at "homemade" burgers and we all really enjoyed them! Been making them this way ever since. I make them "slider" size and put them on my George Foreman grill.

Halloween Popcorn Pumpkins

Made this for my daughter's birthday treat at school. I could barely eat one bite - it was soooo sweet/sugary. I'm sure the kids loved it though. Left out the peanuts because of allergies.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

This stuffing is the reason family comes to my house for Thanksgiving year after year. This is awesome!! I use bagged stuffing and leave out the turkey liver. This recipe is a MUST.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

In no way does this remind me of the meatloaf my mother used to cook, which is a VERY good thing! My picky 10 year old always wants at least seconds. I actually leave out the ketchup (cause I don't like it) and the rest of the family just adds it when it's served. This is a must try.

Hummus Pizza

We LOVED this! Only used about 1/2 cup red pepper hummus with a whole wheat boboli crust. Also added some onion and little feta.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I've been making this for years and it is one of the best recipes on here. Definitely a must try. I usually leave out the raspberries, add a peach and use apricot preserves.

Garlicky Quinoa and Garbanzo Bean Salad

I LOVE this dish. Yes, you can cut down the olive oil - 1 1/2 T is great. Did try out carrots and dill once when I was out of broccoli and tarragon - not that great - stick to the original recipe. Oh, and I do not normally eat broccoli but great in this.
