Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

awesome!!! i followed the recipe exactly but no nuts, and put a few white snowflake sprinkles on top before baking to make them "Holiday Cookies" and they look so cute! THANK YOU for the recipe!

Hearty Tuna Casserole

We will use a smaller baking dish for this next time, and also let it be in the oven a little bit longer for the celery. We used a bit less tyme and it was still very flavorful. This is a very "fresh" approach to tuna casserole and we will dinifitely make it again. Thanks!

Pesto Chicken Florentine

We used alfredo sauce from a jar and stirred the pesto into that, and also we put the tomato into the skillet with the spinach. it was yummy!!!

Chicken Enchiladas II

When i read cream of mushroom soup i almost didn't make it since there aren't mushroom lovers in my party. Made it anyway and it was Teriffic! the green chiles didn't make it very spicy at all. I used Kraft "Mexican" blend cheese and it worked fine as a sub for chedder. Also adding a little of the remaining cream of mushroom soup while cooking the chicken (which is not mentioned in the recipe) turned out pretty tender. I will definitely make this again. (oh by the way, the prep time is wrong if you factor in pre-cooking the chicken.)
