Barley Mushroom Risotto
I really like this recipe. I also add a little white wine to the barley before the chicken broth to give it a little extra flavor--more authentic to real risotto.

Lemon Cream Pasta with Chicken
I added feta cheese at the end and let it melt into the sauce. It thickened the sauce and gave it a little more texture. Great recipe!
