We moved to Rome, NY in 2005 from Santee, CA. We have three adult children, Lena, William and Allison, and two grandsons, Rylan & Christian. We love Central New York.
My favorite things to cook
We can't get authentic Mexican food here in Central New York so I enjoy making Tamales at Christmas. Also, Enchiladas and Refried Beans. Rome, NY is an Italian community so I have learned some of the Italian favorites like Chicken Riggies, Greens, Pasta Fasule or Cece. I also enjoy baking cakes, pies and quick breads.
