Sugar Cookie Frosting

Made the cookie dought the other day and just now getting around to bake them. These are delish! The perfect texture--- crispy and chewy! I will frost them, but it's definitely not needed!

Clone of a Cinnabon

I made these for Christmas morning breakfast. I made them 2 days ahead and popped them in the fridge for a slow rise. Then baked them on Christmas moning. They were delicious! The frosting was so good! I didn't have bread flour, so I used all-purpose. I also used regular yeast, and did not use a bread machine. I will definitely make these again!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I have been on a mad hunt to find a crispy and chewy chocolate chip cookie! This is the recipe I always go back to. I love this cookie! In my hunting, I came across a recipe that uses bread flour. I make this recipe with 1 cup all purpose flour and 1 cup bread flour. It helps to make it chewy. Then I put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes before baking. Super delish!!
