Cranberry Chipotle Meatballs

i made this with turkey meatballs instead of regular. it was delicious! just the right amount of sweet and spicy. i wouldn't change a thing, other than the meat to make it a little healthier!

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

This was a great starting place or sauce. I followed a few other suggestion:used fat free half an half instead of cream, added extra garlic, ran it through my food processor because I prefer smoother sauce. I also like a little kick so I added red pepper. I also used half diced tomatoes and half tomatoe paste since i dont like chunky sauce. This also made it thicker. MIt was a little too sweet for my tastes, so next time I'd cut that out, but overall a great base and easy to make.

Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies II

These taste ok, but the cookie part is incredibly dry. I could barely roll the dough because it crumbled so much, and when I tried to push my thumb in it cracked at the sides. I'm not sure what happened, but the ratio of dry to wet ingredients does seem a little off. In the end, the frosting adds enough moisture to make it ok, but I was very disappointed. Did anyone else have this problem?
