Indonesian Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2009
I loved this! It was very easy and I made the marinade while my 2 month old was napping and it took all of 2 mins. I marinaded the pork for about 5 hours and grilled it. Simple and easy. Gonna try it with chicken next! Thanks so much

Cheesy Chicken Meatballs

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
this was wonderful! I used turkey instead of chicken and it worked really well. Next time I would use less garlic powder because it was kind of over powering. If you don't like the red peper flakes you could use less and still get a great flavor. I'll do this again for sure! Made pasta with alfredo as a side dish! YUMMY

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2010
This was perfect. I used beef broth instead of the water because I had some handy. I've made it twice since and we love it. Very simple and tasty.

Lobster Bisque

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2010
This was easier to make that I thought it would be. I couldn't get lobster because the commissary didn't have any, so I used crab meat instead. I only gave it 4 stars in part because we didn't care for it that much. I will try it again with lobster though, but if I can't find lobster I might try it with scallops. I think that crab meat was a poor substitute.

Spinach Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2010
This was really good, and very simple to make. I made it exactly to the recipe only I added about a teaspoon of Ancho Chile Pepper and I had to use Flour tortillas because the commissary here was all out of corn. The filling was amazing and I think it would also taste great in a pasta shell with marinara sause. My husband loved it, gave it 4 1/2 stars b/c they were flour tortillas and not the corn (tough man to please)

Sweet Potato Pie VIII

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2010
This was so good! I have never made sweet potato pie before in my life. And this was really easy. I used Ono sweet potato (I'm in Japan and they are really good). I also added a bit more nutmeg and added about a 1/2 tsp of cinnamon just for fun. The commissary didn't have an light whipping cream so I had to use reg. whipping cream but it turned out fantastic! I will be making this again. In fact is was so good, that we're skipping dinner and just eating pie!

Curried Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2010
I'm not sure if I did something wrong but it didn't taste like curry at all. I made it exactly yo the recipe. It didn't taste bad, just bland. I'm going to try it again because I feel like I must have done something wrong. It has such great reviews from everyone else.

Easy Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2010
This was so good! I use Baby Swiss instead and Italian bread crumbs. I also sliced a the chicken and made a pocket instead. It turned out amazing. Our dinner quests were very pleased and so were we. It's going on the regular rotation for dinner time.

Lemon Herbed Salmon

Reviewed: May 28, 2010
this was so amazing. I hardly ever cook fish I'm always so confused as to what to do with it. But this was so good. I'm adding this to a regular for meals. Simple enough to make whenever, but fancy enough to make for dinner parties. I might even try the topping on chicken as well.
