Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

Very Good. I used 1 can cream of mushroom and 1 can cream of celery (no cream of chicken in the pantry), seasoned whole chicken cut up, and chicken broth in place of the water and lots of cheese. Thanks,

Easy Mexican Casserole

My husband and two boys raved over this recipe. Voted to have it at least once per week. I only had 1/2 cup sour cream on hand, no olives, no chili beans. I used drained canned diced tomatoe and black beans and regular onions sauted with the ground beef. I will try the reciped as directed next time, maybe the boys will elect to make it. ;)
