Pizza Soup II

I made this recipe last week and thought it was fantastic! It tastes exactly like pizza, but soup. I added a few extra veggies that we normally put on our pizza and I think you can probably be as liberal as you want in terms of that. I also used a can of diced tomatoes instead of cutting my own, which was just as good, if not better. I saw that someone characterized this soup as watery, but I did not have any issues with that. I didn't think it was watery in the least, which was my only concern. Very yummy for pizza lovers... will be making it again soon!

Easy Pot Roast

I followed the recipe exactly, but didn't have good luck. The meat wasn't even close to being done after an hour and a half and the piece of meat I used was less than 4 pounds, as specified in the recipe. Now, we're on our way out to grab a pizza with a raw piece of meat in the oven.

Slow Cooker Barbeque

Yum!!! My husband and kids loved this recipe. It was so easy to make, but tasted like I slaved over it. I used KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce and it was delicious.

Chicken Pot Pie II

This recipe was very good. I used 2 pastry shells and put one into the pie plate and used the other on top. I also added some various other vegetables and made sure to mix the chicken broth with cornstarch, for a little extra thickness. It was good served over white rice.

Chicken Marsala

This recipe was so delicious, with a few variations! I ommitted the cooking sherry and added some cornstarch to the marsala. Next time, though, I think I'll use 2 or 3 packs of sliced mushrooms instead. I served it over wild rice with broccoli and everyone loved it.

Chicken Lo Mein

Although this recipe wasn't bad, it required so much time to make, that I found it a little bland. If I make it again in the future, I will probably try and spice it up a bit...maybe add some more garlic and ginger and some extra veggies.

Picante Chicken Rice Burritos

Both my husband and I loved this recipe. It was easy to make and very good. I used saffron rice for a little exra flavor and it turned out delicious. I will definitely make this again!
