This was lots of work and quite a mess. It turned out pretty runny, to the point we needed to use bowls. You need a VERY large casserole dish. I used a 9x13 and it was still spilling out when I tried to put it in the oven. My kids would not touch it. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is that the flavor was good, but appearance and prep time killed it.

Overnight Apple Cinnamon French Toast

This was great! I modified it a bit though. I used 1 can of cherry pie filling (no sugar added), 1 cup of milk, 5 eggs, and 13 slices of whole wheat bread. My kids gobbled it up!

Mexican Pizza I

Delicious! Used 12 tortillas, though. Placed a tortilla on cookie sheet, spread meat and beans, then topped with additional tortilla and baked as directed. Made 6 pizzas in all. The family loved them!

Oat Waffles

These were wonderful!!! I used whole wheat flour in place of the oat flour (because that's what I had on hand). Topped them with Strawberries and my kids gobbled them up!

Best Brownies

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

With the exception of using peppermint M&Ms instead of chocolate chips/nuts, I followed this recipe to a T. Cookies were delicious and perfect for the holiday!

Ann's Dirty Rice

Great way to use up leftovers, combined with items on hand! Like other's I added hot sauce (Franks) to spice it up a bit. It was a hit with the kids and husband!

Easy Shepherd's Pie

THis was a great way to use up left over pot roast. I modified it a bit by adding a can of tomato sauce to the meat/veggie mix. It turned out great and the family loved it!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

These are fantastic! Only change I made was to use skim milk instead of whipping cream because that's all I had on hand. They turned out great and I will definitely make them again!
