Hobo's Delight

I'm not the cook of the house but occasionally try some of these recipes. This one was great, my wife really liked it. I used some small steaks and it was fantastic. Will do it again.

Little Meat Loaves

After 55 yrs of marriage and being able to only boil water and buy TV dinners I was forced into attempting to cook due my wife being laid up with a bad foot. This recipe looked interesting so I decided to try it. It was great. I did follow some suggestions from other reviews and reduce the brown sugar. I froze part of the servings for another good meal.
