Quick and Easy Chicken

Reviewed: May 15, 2011
I made this tonight for my family and it was excellent. I took the advice of others and tripled the sauce;however, next time I will omit some of the sugar since I thought it was too sweet. The sauce caramelized which added some texture and was so yummy. I will definitely be making this often

Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2010
This was so good. I also creamed the butter with the sugar and used brown sugar for the filling instead of white. My family loved it so much that it was gone before it had a chance to get cool. Will DEFINITELY make this again. Thanks for such an easy and yummy recipe.

Hershey's ® 'Perfectly Chocolate' Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2010
This is the best chocolate cake that I have ever baked. I followed the directions exactly and it came out moist and so rich. My family has said that this is the only cake that I'm allowed to bake from now on. Definitely a keeper.

Lemon-Butter Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2010
This was an excellent side dish recipe. I omitted the chives since I didn't have any and completely forgot about the nutmeg and we still loved it. The leftovers are even great the next day in a skillet, warm until browned. I made this with the Amish meatloaf from this site and my son said it was the best meal that I've made in an long time. I will definitely make these again.

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2010
I was really surprised as to how good this was. I used a 3lb boneless turkey breast and just added the onion soup. I cooked it in the slow cooker for 3 hours on low then put it on warm for a couple hours. It turned out perfect and sooo easy. Will definitely make this again and again.

Beef Tips

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2009
I made this recipe a couple of weeks ago and my family is still raving about it. It was soooo good. I substituted one cup of water with red wine and omitted the salt. It was still salty, but not too much for us. I served it with mashed potatoes. The gravy is awesome. I can't wait to make this again and again.

Grandma's Corn Pudding

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2008
I have been searching for a good corn pudding recipe and finally found it. I made this yesterday for a 4th of July gathering and everyone raved about it. The only thing different that I did was add two cans of whole kernel corn and only one can of creamed corn since that is all I had on hand. Make this, you won't be disappointed.

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2007
These burritos are terrific. I cut the recipe in half and used other reviewers suggestions and used black beans instead of kidney beans. They are so filling and rich. I will definitely make this again.

Excellent!! I've made this several times and it never lasts long after it comes out of the oven. I use granny smith apples and they are perfect for this recipe. I also followed other reviewers advice and broiled it for a couple of minutes after baking to get that beautiful golden crust. This is definatley a keeper

I coudln't get the kids to touch this one with a 10 foot pole. I liked it, but the flavors were a little too strong for me. It was well worth trying once though, but have to admit that i probably won't try it again.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2002
Very good recipe. I didn't have cheddar cheese so I substituted mozerella and parmesan. Next tiem I think I will leave out the mayo and use an extra can of cream of mushroom soup. It was a little dry. I did use other readers suggestions and make the stuffing ahead of time. Glad I did!!!
