Ah la la. Left out the baking soda, added 1/4 more cocoa, and found I had to substitute brown sugar for half of the sugar. Wonderful brownies! Awesome texture- somewhere in between dense/fudgy and cakey. Yum. Definitely keeping this recipe!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Delicioussssss recipe. Crispy and chewy and perfect. I threw in some raisins along with the chocolate chips, which ended up being quite tasty. ^^ Will definately make these again.

Homemade Marshmallows II

Hah, well, the recipe didn't work at all for marshmallows, but all was not lost! I heated it to around 20 degrees hotter, then added some powdered ginger and clove, and now I've got myself some tasty hard candies. =p There is definitely some sort of ingredient or two missing in this recipe..
