Wow!!! This was really great. I used a pork roast, and was hesitant to add the cream soup, because it was the cheapest brand. Regardless, this came out beautifully, and the huge bone in the middle of the roast just slipped right out. I added some garlic and onions to the gravy as it cooked for some extra flavour. Thanks for this recipe, I shall be using a great majority of my roasts for this from now on!
