Honey Ginger Carrots

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2007
These are tasty. They could be a tad bit sweeter.

Lemon Barbeque Meatloaf

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2007
This was pretty good. I think the barbeque sauce could have had a little more kick to it.

Chicken Piccata II

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2007
This was really good! It only took a minute to bread the chicken breasts. Once they were in the pan, I had time to fix my sides. This is a perfect recipe for a 30 minute meal! The chicken breasts were very tender and juicy. My husband has already requested them again!

Herbed Lentils and Rice

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2007
My husband really like this, but I just thought it was okay. I thought it needed a little more garlic (I might try using garlic salt instead of regular salt).

Japanese Cheesecake

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2007
This reminded me of a spongecake. It was good, but not something I was make everyday. It went well with the Asian dishes I made with it. It is not very sweet, and is very light and fluffy.

Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2007
YUM!!! This was wonderful! I will definately make it again. Instead of water and beef bouillon, I used beef broth. I couldn't tell the difference in this and what I normally get at my favorite Chinese restaurant!

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2007
This was really good. Although, I think next time I won't add the onions. I think they should only be added by those who really love green onions.

Honey Mustard BBQ Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2007
Yum! Yum!! Yum!!! I don't really care for pork chops, but I loved these!! I will definately make these again very soon! I reserved a little of the marinade to brush on the chops when I flipped them.

Goulash Supreme

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2007
Wonderful!!! I gave it a 4 only because I did have to add a bit of water. I also added a shake or two of additional paprika and chili powder. Also, I added a shake of garlic salt. Definately will make again and again!!!

Easter Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2007
This was great! I made it for a program at school. Everyone loved it, even the kids! As suggested by another reviewer, I did cook and crumble my bacon first. It came out great!

Taco Soup IV

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2007
This is wonderful and is now one of my family's favorites! I gave it 4 stars because I had to add more tomato sauce and water (one 15 oz. can of each).

Chili Beef Casserole

I used wheat tortillias instead of corn, which were wonderful. However, it does need a pinch of salt. Great dish. Will make again!!

Italian Zucchini Saute

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2006
I think the natural flavors of this recipe are masked by the oil. I might try this again, but substitute the oil with butter or vegetable stock. As is, it was not well liked by my family.

Emily's Manicotti

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2006
This was great! I used 1 lb. ground beef instead of beef and sausage. My family loved it. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because I made changes to the original.

Garlic Butter

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2006
Wonderful recipe! This is the best homemade garlic butter I've ever tried. Try to use it all withing a day or so. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because all of it must be used rather quickly. Leftovers did not seem to last too long.

Ginger Steak

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2006
This recipe is absolutely wonderful! My husband can't wait to have this one again! We only had two steaks, so I massaged some on the bottom and poured the rest on the top of the steaks before placing them in the broiler. I continued to turn them every 5 minutes until they reached my desired doneness. Dee-lish!

Cheapskate Stew

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2006
My family loved this recipe!! We ate it hot off the stove. I then let it sit for about an hour after it was finished cooking (only about 1/2 was left). The macaroni soaked up most of the soup. I then added 8 oz. of tomato sauce and one can of water and simmered it until it was warm. This made the leftovers as great as the first meal!
