Hawaiian Banana Bars

Garbanzo Bean Patties

These patties would be very good without so much thyme. If you don't like the taste of thyme, please don't put a tablespoon in the recipe. I won't add more than a tsp. next time.

Angel's Old Fashioned Beef Stew

Very good recipe. Next time I'd use 1/2 tsp. pepper instead of a full teaspoon because it was a little too peppery for my taste.

Tofu Parmigiana

This dish was good, but it had way too much basil for my taste. Next time I'd use a lot less Basil and Oregano in the sauce, and it would be excellent.
