Lemon Snow Filling

Wow, this was absolutely DELICIOUS! Very fluffy and airy and just Y-U-M! I added 2 teaspoons of sugar to the whipped cream, but I'm not sure if that affected the taste at all- whatever, it's delicious; enjoying it right now with some vanilla crepes.

Maple Cookies

Very tasty- I rolled them in cinnamon sugar instead of plain sugar, and they turned out really nice. Next time I'll try adding the glaze. Thanks for sharing!

Creamy Hot Cocoa

Mmmm, very yummy! I made this because when I woke up this morning, it was snowing. Everyone loved it- so rich and cremy. I reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup, but, WOW! XD So good!

Chewy Brownie Cookies

Wow! These are so amazing! I was craving something chewy and chocolatey, and this satisfied that craving in a snap. I love the contrast of the crisp outside with the chewy inside. Variations I made: I doubled the recipe, used 1/2 tsp peppermint extract and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract in place of the two tablespoons vanilla. Then, I used a bag of mini chocolate chips instead of regular chocolate chips.

Scrambled Eggs Done Right

YUMMY! This were absolutely delicious! I just got all four of my wisdom teeth out, so I'm only able to eat soft foods. I had a mad craving for scrambled eggs, and I found this. So, I made this with 1 teaspoon of ranch dressing, and then when I was cooking it in a skillet, I added mozzerella cheese. When it was done cooking, I dumped it in a bowl, and added some salt and pepper. When I took the first bite, I thought I had died and gone to heaven. They're so creamy and fluffy, it's just amazing. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe- you've made my day! :D

Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits

These were good, but not rave-worthy. They were WAY to sticky to roll out, even after I added some flour, so I had to attempt to shape them by hand. Very stick, so it ended up looking like lumps. Good taste, but I've had better. Thanks for sharing!

Black Chocolate Cake

Wow! This cake was delectable. I took a bite after I had frosted it with chocolate frosting, and practically melted into a puddle on the floor. It completely satisfied my insane chocolate craving. I added some toasted coconut to the frosting, that's yummy. ALso, this cake tastes better warm than cold, in my opinion. So, I pop a slice in the microwave for around 10 or 15 seconds. Warning: An ice-cold glass of milk is required for the eating of this cake. ;)

Whipped Shortbread Cookies

Simply amazing- you put it into your mouth, and it's so fluffy. You know those fluffy clouds you read about in faerie tales? That's how fluffy these are. A little bite of heaven. :)

Soft Sugar Cookies V

This is, hands down, the BEST sugar cookie recipe I have ever found. I was having a ferocious craving for soft, frosted sugar cookies. I stumbled upon this, and made them. The only variation I did was instead of nutmeg, I used Pumpkin Pie Spice- Mmmmmm, delicious! XD I used the Cookie Frosting Recipe, and it was wonderful. These cookies didn't last very long, here- we ate them all! I shared with my friends, and now people are asking when I'm going to make them again!

Eggless Peanut Butter Cookies

YUM! I don't have any eggs, so I needed a recipe that didn't require eggs. I stumbled across this one, and I am very glad that I did. I added a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips, and wow! Absolutely delicious- I highly recommend these!

Double Chocolate Mint Cookies

The flavor was great, but the cookies went completely flat when they were done baking. I put them in the oven an extra five minutes, and they were still flat. Also, they seem to not have baked completely. I halved the recipe.
