Chocolate Banana Cream Pie

Quick Yeast Rolls

This recipe is SO good. Follow it to the tee and you won't be disappointed. The only thing I changed is that I used flour marked as high altitude flour (I'm up in the mountains). But it was so good.

Amish White Bread

The best! I am an experienced baker and this is he best bread. I let it rise on a heating pad and it raised nicely. I did cut the sugar to about 1/3 cup, so I was surprised it raised so well. The bread is fluffy, "not cakey" as my 7 yr old says. Thanks!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

I was surprised the meatballs cooked well in the sauce, without browning first. The sauce is good. There just wasn't enough sauce for us! I'll probably add a bit of water next time.

Pumpkin Chip Muffins

These are yummy, but a bit dry. I think I'll try one of the apple/pumpkin recipes next time. I also would need to adjust this for high altitude, which I forgot to do. (I'm at 4,500 feet.)

Pistachio Bundt Cake

Very soft, moist. I made without the glaze, based on other reviews. I think it would have been good with it. I added 6 drops of green coloring and it was so pretty; I also used a white cake mix, not yellow. This is a do-again.
