Cranberry Upside-Down Coffee Cake

I have made this wonderful cake a few times and everyone has loved it. It's also my favorite kind of recipe easy and delish.

This was probably the best beef stew I've made in a while if not ever. Both my husband and I enjoyed it but, as a previous reviewer said, I don't think this recipe will feed 6 people. I will definately make this again but next time I'll add mushrooms and a few more vegetables. Also, a couple of Tbsps of quick-cooking tapioca will thicken the sauce while it cooks (a tip I learned from the booklet that came with my crock pot).

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

Wonderful & very easy. I added minced garlic & fresh spinach. Will definately make this again. I have also made this recipe with grilled salmon & asparagus.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

This recipe was ok but, as someone else mentioned, not too appetizing looking but it was tender. I omitted the soy sauce and thickened the gravy in a saucepan with a flour/water mixture. It's nowhere near "amazing"

Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce

I have made this several times with rave reviews. I use half and half instead of cream and it's still delicious. This is definately a winner.

Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

This sounded great but was pretty disappointing. I used petite sirloin in place of top round, fresh mushrooms for canned ones. I cooked for more than the required amount of time but the onions were not thoroughly cooked. My husband and I thought it was just ok and prefer a stove-top recipe I have used in the past. Probably won't make this again
