Easy Cheesy Chicken I

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2006
5 stars no doubt! The only thing I did differently was added some green chile, potatoes and a little shredded cheddar to make the sauce thicker and cheesier. It was ohhh so delicious, tasted like green chile chicken enchiladas but without the trouble of making. Thanks Leslye, we enjoyed and will again!

Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2006
Thank you for sharing this amazing recipe. Though it was a 5 star rating I was reluctant to try. I was concerned it may be too sweet but it couldn't have been more perfect. The sweet and tangy combo made it enjoyable for all. I never saw my kids finish their dinner so fast and even asked for seconds. The only change I made was I used black raspberry jam but I am anxious to try this again with other flavors.

I have tried many different beef stroganoff recipes and this is by far the best one yet! No need to change a thing.

Salmon with Dill

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2006
I don't eat Salmon so when I try a new recipe I just pray that it's edible. So when I am told that this was the best Salmon ever it deserves a 5 star rating!

Slow Cooker Chicken with Mushroom Wine Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2006
I've made this twice and will again. The first time I prepared it exactly as submitted. The second time I was out of white wine and cream of mushroom so I substituted red wine and cream of mushroom roasted garlic. Tasted just as great!

Melt In Your Mouth Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2006
I've made this several times because when the kids finish their dinner it becomes a regular. Though I have learned to use low sodium soy sauce because the first time I tried it the salt was a bit overwhelming. Now it's perfect.

Barbie's Tuna Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2009
Amazing!! This recipe has exceeded the taste test of my kids who always complain about tuna casseroles, sandwiches etc. I was reluctent to add the 3 TBS of relish because my husband is not a pickle person though I am glad I did. However, there is no doubt that the curry is the secret ingredient that makes a world of difference and has won the heart of my entire household. Will be making tuna often now (without complaints) and also can't wait to share with others!

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2009
WOW!!! My husband is not a big eater nor is he a chicken lover but he does like artichokes and all he kept saying throughout dinner was how good it was. He usually always eats light on Monday nights because he goes to a soup fellowship after dinner but went back for seconds and took leftovers for lunch the next day. Not to mention my kids cleaned their plate which is also very rare. I don't think I have ever had chicken come out so moist, even looked beautiful and delicious when it came out of the oven. I cooked slightly longer due to large pieces of chicken breasts but did follow the recipe exactly and will be making often!

Jazzy Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2009
OMG! I am a vegeterian and have made many vegetable casseroles including the traditional green bean casserole and the added cheese and corn in this recipe makes an amazing difference. The only thing I changed was instead of white corn I used a can of the mixed yellow and white corn, that was what I had and it came out so good that is what I will continue to do. My husband begs me to make it every time we have our Sunday potlucks at church and it is always quick to go!
