I used one can of condensed milk and it was very good, very very rich. I'll make this again.

Italian Bread Using a Bread Machine

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2006
My husband says it's as good as the bread from the best Italian bakery in our hometown! To avoid making the bread dense, I used 1/2 all-purpose and 1/2 bread flour. While the bread was being kneaded by the machine, I added 1 tsp at a time of warm milk. Total came to 1/4 C, but I live in a dry climate. The dough came out light and had a beautiful elasticity. The finished product is heaven!

This is the ultimate Italian Beef. It is also the best recipe I have made from allrecipes.com! Everyone who tries this falls in love with the flavor and tenderness of the beef. Thank you, Dick Pierce, for sharing this with us.

Chicken Tetrazzini I

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2007
I loved this and so did my kids. I used low fat cream of chicken soup and low fat sour cream and only half of the amounts of these called for in the recipe. . I also added 2-3 tbs white wine, about 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese instead of parm and added a couple tsp of pimentos. Seasoned with garlic salt, onion powder, parsley flakes and salt/pepper. Good Stuff!!!

Rum Cake I

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2006
This is very similar to the rum cake my mom made every Christmas, which was the best rum cake ever! So, I'm very happy with the cake. My cake did not turn out as moist as I would have liked, but I didn't poke the holes into the cake as recommended for the glaze. The taste was wonderful and I'll make this again!!

Gnocchi Bake

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2005
This is pretty darn good. A twist on gnocchi that brings out a totally different flavor of sauce and the potato dumpling. My family really liked it. I'd make it again, definately. It's good without sausage, too.

Cheese and Bacon Potato Rounds

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2006
My husband loved these potato rounds. I hate most potatoes, and could live the rest of my life without ever eatting so much as a french fry, but even I would make these again. I give it a 5 star based just on that.

Broccoli and Ramen Noodle Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2006
Family members will lick their plates clean with this recipe...okay, maybe not, but this is really good. I used all shredded cabbage, tossed in some cooked chicken cubes and left out the peanuts and sunflower seeds. It's a family favorite!

My husband couldn't believe how fantastic and juicy these steaks were. We cut the salt to 1 tsp, and they turned out perfect. This is the best tasting steak ever!!
