Champagne Shrimp and Pasta
Very versatile recipe. I used chicken tenders (cut into bite sized pieces) instead of shrimp and baby bella mushrooms. I recommend doing it all in the same pan and reserving the different stages as they are completed. Boiling the chicken in the champagne deglazes the pan and carries the flavor of the mushrooms into the sauce. The final result is outstanding and reheats well the next day. I can't wait to try this with shrimp!

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce
Great Recipe! Very easy and very tastey. As others suggested I served this over egg noodles. The only alterations I made were adding a tsp of flour to the dry spices and I made a light roux with the drippings and a little additional butter before wisking in the cream.

Gnocchi Bake
This recipie was outstanding! I made a couple changes based on suggestions. Used 1.5lbs spicy Italian sausage and chopped some sweet onions and garlic that I sauteed with the sausage. I also added some tomato paste to the spaghetti sauce. Letting this sit in the fridge before popping it in the oven helped all the flavors combine. I'll be making this again!
