Looking at the most "helpful" reviews I was tempted to sub lemon juice for lime and add a bunch of garlic. But then I thought, that's Shrimp Scampi. I made this as written and absolutely loved it. Glad I didn't listen to the helpful reviews. I did double the sauce for a pound of pasta. Thanks for the great recipe.

Awesome Roast Beef

I always thought the best way to get a tender, moist roast was by baking in the oven at a super low temp. This recipe blew that theory. I even used a boneless rump roast, which made me even more nervous as I thought it would turn out dry and tough. The end result was fantastic. Tender, moist and no bone = more meat and perfect for sandwiches. Added to my favorites. Thanks!

Chicken Tequila Fettuccini

I rated this 3 stars because even though it was good, I didn't think it was anything special. Alot of prep and I even used a rotisserie chicken for a shortcut. Don't let my review scare you away though because the recipe isn't bad, just wasn't for me.

Excellent. Simple and easy, great for a quick meal during the week. Medium high was too hot, as another reviewer recommended I heated the oil at medium and still had to turn it down to med low during frying. Will definitely make this again.

Summer Feta Burger with Gourmet Cheese Spread

These weren't bad. I just prefer to taste a little more of the burger. I think it should be the feta in the burger OR the cheese spread on the bun. All that cheese really overwhelmed the flavor of the burger.

Tortellini, Steak, and Caesar

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

This was a delicious quick and easy recipe. I cut the breasts in half and pounded thin so I only needed 2 to feed the 3 of us. I served with roasted potatoes, but next time will be angel hair pasta (will be much better with the sauce).

Herb Biscuits

Fantastic! I was so sick of frozen garlic bread and the soggy leftovers. This is absolutely perfect for four servings. The only thing I tweaked was the seasoning, the amount of butter and bake time/temp were perfect. Delicate crust outside, tender and moist on the inside. Love this and have already addded it to my favorites. Make this and it will get gone! Thank you for the great recipe!

Quick and Easy Chicken Spaghetti

This a great recipe which I will definitely make again, however, I did not realize how much spice the tomatoes with the chilis would give this. I saw the quick chicken spaghetti and made this on an 80 degree day. This will be perfect for a cold winter supper. Spicy comfort food!

Southwestern Egg Casserole

This is outstanding as is. To those of you that like to tweak recipes I would recommend trying the original recipe first. The only thing I did differently was to cut the ingredients in half and bake it in an 8x8 as there were only 3 of us eating it. Love this recipe! Will make again and again!

Best Tuna Casserole

Great recipe! The only change I made was to add 1 soup can of milk to avoid it being dry and 1 tsp each of garlic and onion powder. It turned out creamy and delicious.

Southwestern Pasta Salad

If you are getting tired of mayo based pasta salads, try this recipe! I used black olives instead of black beans, and I regret that I did not have any fresh cilantro on hand (this is a must). I will definitely make this again, and thanks to this recipe will probably make my own taco seasoning from now on.

Crab Salad

I was looking for a seafood pasta salad, so at first I was going to add some shell pasta. It doesn't need it. I used imitation crab and left it really chunky and it wound up being alot. I'm glad I didn't add the pasta because we would have been eating this forever. Overall very good and worth a try!
