Burrito Pie

This was delicious! I made it just how the recipe says, but added a dolup of sour cream upon serving. Easy to make! Will definately be making again soon.

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

This was a big hit at my dinner party. I would call it more of a dessert than a salad. Delicious! And you could change it up a bit by using different flavored Jello/Fruit combinations.

This recipe was very simple. I didn't use the garlic salt called for in the recipe, but next time I think I will. I think it would have given it more flavor. My husband loved it the way it was. My 9 year old didn't like it, but I don't know that many kids who like cooked cabbage anyway. :-)

Dill Wrapped Cream Cheese

This had mixed reviews with my family. I liked it, however my husband thought it had a bit too much cream cheese. I think I'll use half as much next time.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Very good, but a little rich. Tasted like something was missing, but not sure what. Next time I think I will play around with the stuffing ingredients a little bit.

Chicken Fried Chicken

This was really easy and really good! The crumb mixture stayed on the chicken through the cooking process. I cut the chicken breasts and made chicken fingers and served with honey mustard sauce. This one's a keeper!
