We followed the basic recipe but omitted the gizzards, and used Jimmy Dean sage breakfast sausage, fresh herbs, Orowheat potato bread and 1 whole can of chicken broth. We baked it in a 9x13 glass pan. This was the best, fluffiest and moistest stuffing we've made in quite some time. It got rave reviews and we kept all the leftovers for ourselves!
