Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

We followed the basic recipe but omitted the gizzards, and used Jimmy Dean sage breakfast sausage, fresh herbs, Orowheat potato bread and 1 whole can of chicken broth. We baked it in a 9x13 glass pan. This was the best, fluffiest and moistest stuffing we've made in quite some time. It got rave reviews and we kept all the leftovers for ourselves!

Burger or Hot Dog Buns

I do a lot of bread baking, but I cannot recommend this recipe. These buns were dry, flavorless and tasted more like plain bagels than hamburger buns.
