Superb! I read the reviews before I made this, so I made a few adjustments... I added two boullion cubes with the chicken and veggies while they were boiling. Then, when I drained the chicken and veggies, I reserved the liquid for use in the "gravy" portion. While making the "gravy" I doubled all of the ingredients in it. When the gravy was done, I mixed about 1-1.5 cups of the gravy into the chicken and veggie mixture.
I used a deep casserole/pie dish. I used regular 9inch pie crusts (next time will get deep dish tho) and lined the dish with the crust, poured in the chicken and veggie mixture and topped it all off with the rest of the gravy (or as much as would fit. I had about 1/2 cup of it left over). It only took about 30 minutes in the oven. DIVINE! My hubby has been telling EVERYONE about this pot pie, and my mother-in-law said that this was better than ANY chicken pot pie she's EVER had! This recipe will go into our regular rotation!
