Potato Chips
Tip: pat potato slices dry before spraying with cooking or olive oil before 'waving and arrange with smaller chips nearer center of plate sprayed with oil or on parchment or Silpat mat directly on the glass turntable, if you have one, and watch they don't over-brown.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This is the same recipe my mom was using back when I was in high school in late 70's. Moist, not overly sweet, just-right spices - mmmm! Yes, you could also make muffins, but a slightly warm slice with a pat of butter is heaven to me. the fat content!
