Creamy Mushroom Risotto

This risotto was wonderful! It was so easy and so good! Unfortunately my husband hated it....not because of the taste, he hated the texture. Definitely five stars though!

Manicotti Alla Romana

This dish was definitely 5 stars! Took a while to put together but worth it! Tasted even better the next day. I just added some red pepper flakes for a little heat.

Pumpkin Crunch Cake

My husband and I really liked this recipe! After reading the reviews about it being bland I did change a few things....I used two cans of Rotel instead of one can of diced tomatoes...I also used two teaspoons of chili powder and add a teaspoon of cumin. Will definitely make again!

OMG this recipe was AWESOME! Followed the recipe exactly. Even through it has cream in it it isn't a heavy dish which I loved! Will definitely be making again!
