Easy Toffee Bars

I love these! Here are some tips for making them a little easier......1-before you lay out the crackers put foil on the cookie sheets, 2-don't pour the sugar mixture over them, just spoon it on, and 3-while the crackers are in the oven melt the chocolate chips in a saucepan with a tablespoon or so of milk and then spoon the chocolate over them and put in the fridge to cool.

Mexican-Style Goulash

My husband and I really liked this recipe! After reading the reviews about it being bland I did change a few things....I used two cans of Rotel instead of one can of diced tomatoes...I also used two teaspoons of chili powder and add a teaspoon of cumin. Will definitely make again!

Bagel and Cheese Bake

This recipe is wonderful! I made this for my husband's family Christmas morning and it was a big hit. I did make some changes after reading other reviews. I used everything bagels (chopped), used turkey bacon, added 2 extra eggs, added an extra 1/2 cup of milk and omitted the parm cheese (just used extra cheddar). Also baked at 375 for 40 minutes. I will definitely make this again and again!

Shrimp Cakes

These were great! Lots of flavor. I also sprinkled Old Bay Seasoning on top and instead of frying them I just cooked them in the oven. Will definitely make again.

Shrimp Etoufee III

I had never had this dish before but I will definitely make again! It was so good! I cut it back to 4 serving since it's just two of us. I was a little nervous on how this was going to turn out...since I had cut the serving back it only called for 1/3 cup of butter but in the directions it says to add 1/2 cup of butter in the beginning and then another 1/2 cup later on so I wasn't sure how much to add....ended up just sticking with the 1/3 cup and adding half at a time and it turned out wonderful!

Wake-Up Casserole

This was great! I used turkey sausage instead of ham. I did cook the hash browns for about 15 minutes first and then added the rest of the ingredients! Will be making this again!

Mom's Incredible Spinach Gratin

Cheesecake Topped Brownies

These may be my new favorite! I add double the cheesecake mixture. For the icing I just heated a container of icing in the microwave for a minute and poured it over top. I also added some crushed Heath bars on top! DELISH!

Pepperoncini Beef

This meat was awesome....I added a can of beef broth only because the meat was going to be in the crockpot for almost 9 hours and I didn't want it to dry out. We used it to dip our subs into...wonderful recipe!

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

This was a great and easy recipe. Instead of using the foil at the bottom I used red skined potatoes and added carrots and onions.....very good. Will definitely try again with different seasonings.
