Pepperoncini Beef

This meat was awesome....I added a can of beef broth only because the meat was going to be in the crockpot for almost 9 hours and I didn't want it to dry out. We used it to dip our subs into...wonderful recipe!

This was great! I used turkey sausage instead of ham. I did cook the hash browns for about 15 minutes first and then added the rest of the ingredients! Will be making this again!

OMG this dip is awesome! I've made it three times already. Definitely roast the garlic....I've made it both ways and I think it was better with the roasted garlic.

Cheesecake Topped Brownies

These may be my new favorite! I add double the cheesecake mixture. For the icing I just heated a container of icing in the microwave for a minute and poured it over top. I also added some crushed Heath bars on top! DELISH!

Tiramisu Layer Cake

OMG! This cake was wonderful! I doubled the amount of Kahlua everytime it was called for and I made two of the layers with the instant coffee powder. I made a mistake because I put the cake together the day before I iced it so I didn't read the frosting instructions until the next day so I never mix in half of frosting into the filling mixture but it still turned out great! Next time I think I'll make all of the layers with the instant coffee powder....they just tasted better than the plain one!
